KU-IRDP/NTIC conducted Technology in Management Decision Program on 31 st May 2023
with the objective to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to harness technology for
improved decision-making in diverse management contexts.
The program provided insights about the role of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-
Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) in the field of management to address real-life decision
challenges and provide structured frameworks for multi-attribute decision making. These tools
support decision-makers in solving complex business problems and are closely associated with
the field of decision sciences. Hands-on exercise conducted as part of the program on
Technology in Management Decision provided valuable learning experience to the participants.
