KU-IRDP/NTIC conducted Mapping Stakeholders for Industry-Academic Cooperation under  School Based Enterprise program on 28th May 2023.

Stakeholder mapping is a strategic process that aids in identifying and prioritizing the key stakeholders who can impact or influence an organization’s activities. It is a tool used to comprehend the relationships between an organization and its stakeholders as well as to identify the most vital stakeholders for collaboration. The mapping of stakeholders is an indispensable tool for industry-academic collaboration, as it serves to identify potential partners, collaborators, and supporters. It also assists in identifying stakeholders who may be impacted by the collaboration, such as regulators, policymakers, and the general public.

The main purpose of this program is to emphasize the significance of mapping stakeholders and present a framework for mapping stakeholders in industry-academia collaboration.
