KU-IRDP/NTIC successfully organized a half day seminar on “Academia Industry Dialogue” on need of short term training courses in Nepalese industry at Kathmandu University School of Management on 15th August 2022.
The major objectives of the program were:
1. To understand the issues faced by industries due to shortage of specialized skill sets.
2. To understand the need of a short term training program to resolve the skill shortage issue.
3. To demonstrate the insights of Management of Technology (MoT) field by the trained MoT instructors.
