MoU signing ceremony between PURC and KU-NTIC  

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Pokhara University Research Center (PURC) Pokhara, and Kathmandu University Nepal Technology Innovation Center (KU-NTIC) Dhulikhel, took place. The primary objective of the MoU is to foster collaborative efforts in multidisciplinary research, with a specific focus on key sectors such as Agriculture, Health, and Energy. Both institutions aim to leverage their expertise to contribute to advancements in these critical areas and, in turn, promote academic innovation. The collaborative initiative is expected to pave the way for academic innovation and entrepreneurship through mutual assistance.

CRT/Nepal, NTIC & ADBL

A Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Centre for Rural Technology, Nepal (CRT/Nepal), Nepal Technology Innovation Center (NTIC) and Agricultural Development Bank Ltd. (ADBL) is ongoing. The purpose of this MoU is to utilize emerging innovative technology through the combined efforts of the parties for the social and economic development of rural people in Nepal. Under this MoU, Technology Innovation Centers will be established in rural life setting, innovative financing mechanism will be developed for promotion and dissemination of RETs, various levels of interactive meetings and talk programs will be organized, potential collaborators will identified and linkages will be formed, facilitation will be provided to entrepreneurs to groom them and support start-ups working in NTIC priority areas, and so on will be conducted jointly.

BISCOL and NTIC

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is in the process of being signed in order to establish cooperation between Nepal Technology Innovation Center (NTIC) located in Dhulikhel, Kavre, Nepal, and Bindhavasini Saving & Credit Cooperative Society Limited (BISCOL) located in Banepa, Kavre, Nepal. The purpose of this MoU will be to utilize the knowledge, resources, human resource and network of both parties efficiently and effectively to encourage, promote, and establish innovative and sustainable businesses in the sector of Agriculture in Nepal. The scope of this MoU will be, but not limited to: jointly conduct Value Chain Analysis of dairy products in Kavrepalanchok district, provide credit/loans and technical support to farmers and to those involved in agriculture sector, provide information regarding people involved in agriculture sector, provision of venue at NTIC to carry out related activities, conduct situational analysis of existing farmers & agricultural personnel and map them in GIS.
